Brief summers in the Sawtooth Mountains make it challenging to build hotel capacity in the world-famous ski area of Sun Valley, Idaho. By fabricating off-site in Nashua Builders' climate-controlled plant while snow was still on ground at the build site, it was possible for this multi-story showplace to be ready for the ski season.
